My 18 month old was incredibly fearful of his hair being cut, it wasn’t his first time but cries every time. The ladies were patient and kind and even though he still cried and sat on my lap they were very flexible and as quick as they could be, and his hair looked much better despite the challenging circumstances for them! Thank you for helping get this done for us and for your care.
